Yes, absolutely. Alignlee is licensed under Creative Commons, which explicitly permits commercial use without any fees or restrictions. There are no user limits, no time limits, and no "enterprise tier" that costs money. Organizations of any size can use Alignlee freely.
Do we need legal approval to use Alignlee?
Most organizations can adopt Alignlee without legal review since it's free and licensed under Creative Commons. However, we recommend checking with your legal team if your organization has specific policies about SaaS tools. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available for review.
What data does Alignlee collect?
Alignlee collects minimal data: only what you enter into rooms (participant names, room codes, votes). This data is ephemeral and automatically deleted when rooms are closed. Is Alignlee GDPR compliant?
Yes. Alignlee is designed to be GDPR compliant with minimal data collection, data minimization principles, and ephemeral storage. Personal data (participant names) is only stored temporarily and deleted when sessions end.
