Is this deal actually real? Acme Corp, a $50K enterprise renewal, up for review with five reps in the room.
Step 1, before the meeting: pick a framework (BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP, GPCT or Custom) and queue the deals.
Step 2, vote: everyone scores two things, qualification and stage confidence, from 1 to 5. Votes stay hidden until the results are revealed.
Step 3, reveal: deal qualification 3.8 out of 5, moderate fit, proceed with caution. Stage confidence 4.0, ready to progress. Every rep is plotted on the matrix.
Hear the split. Split on qualification: Dana 2, Bea 5. Dana: "We haven't met the budget owner yet."
Step 4, move on: the result is saved to the history and the next deal, Beta Inc, comes up.
Free sales qualification. No signup, BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP and GPCT, meeting minutes export.
Alignlee. Score the deal. Hear the split.
Reading the result
Both scores are plain averages of every rep's 1 to 5 vote. In the video, qualification averages 3.8 (moderate fit, proceed with caution) and stage confidence averages 4.0 (ready to progress). On the matrix, four reps sit in or near the top-right, where both scores are 4 or above.
The average hides the useful part. Dana scored qualification a 2 while Bea scored it a 5, and Alignlee calls out any split of two points or more. Dana's reason, that nobody has met the budget owner, is the thing to fix before the deal moves. For a single 1 to 5 vote on a plan or decision, see the Confidence Pulse video.
